Narotam Singh’s outstanding contribution towards yoga has been to devise simple, easy-to-practice Asanas for excellent mental and physical health for everyone.
He has also specialized in Laughter Therapy, which in recent times has emerged as one of the best techniques for relaxation.
Narotam’s own fitness is perhaps his most inspiring quality. His zeal to remain fit as a fiddle has encouraged him to participate in sports and his best claim to fame is being the ONLY Indian to have won the Asthma Auckland Family Fun Run Walkathon competition in its history of 23 years.
